1. Who we are

This site is operated by Express Parts Depot ("we," "us"), a US-based seller of automotive replacement parts. By placing an offer or order on expresspartsdepot.us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are part of this agreement. If you don't agree, please don't order.

2. Orders & pricing

• Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping to the continental US. Listed prices may change at any time, but the price you're charged is the price shown when you check out.
• Placing an order or offer is an offer to buy. A sale is final only once we accept it and your card is successfully charged through Stripe.
• We may decline or cancel any order — for example, a pricing or listing error, a part that sold out, or a delivery address we don't ship to. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.
• You're responsible for confirming fitment before ordering. Every product page lists exhaustive chassis- and engine-code compatibility; if you're unsure, message us through the corner widget first.

3. Condition of parts

We sell both new and used OEM/replacement parts. The condition of each item is stated on its product page. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, used parts are sold "as-is" in the condition described and photographed — they may show normal wear consistent with prior use. Parts are sold for installation by a qualified mechanic; we don't provide installation, tuning, or technical advice beyond fitment.

4. Shipping

We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, or other US territories, or internationally, directly through this site — those orders are handled through our eBay store. Handling time is 4 business days; full detail is in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; damage in transit is covered under our Returns policy.

5. Returns & refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by our 14-day fit guarantee. What's covered, what isn't, and how refunds are timed are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us through the corner widget may delay resolution — please reach out first; we resolve almost everything directly.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to defraud, scrape at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation. All site content, photos, and copy are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and the parts are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated here and in our Returns policy, and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including labor costs, vehicle downtime, or damage arising from improper installation or use. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to that venue.
